Easy Check-in
Check-in only 20 minutes before departure
When flying with us, it is important to check in no later than 20 minutes before departure. The gate at both airports always opens as a starting point 30 minutes before departure - just enough time to check in and drink a cup of coffee, water or tea.
Our check-in time of 20 minutes is not accidental. It ensures that we can carry out the necessary safety and operational procedures: documentation of crew, baggage and fuel, as well as taxi to the runway – all for a safe and precise departure.

Check-in in Copenhagen
Check-in takes place at the gate, which is located just opposite Løgismose. Please note that the door may be locked, as the gate only opens 30 min. before departure.
With 1 hour of free parking right in front of the gate, it is easy to pick up and drop off passengers. If you drive through the gate, you will find 24-hour paid parking.
Check-in in Copenhagen takes place in our cozy premises at Nordre Toldbod, where there is also room to relax a little before the onward journey.
Both airports:
Check-in must be done no later than 20 minutes before departure. At both airports, we welcome you with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from Nespresso, tea, water, chocolate, everything is included in the price - and of course there is free Wi-Fi.
Please note that there is no toilet on the plane, but there are of course fine toilet facilities at both airports.
Are you delayed?
Call us immediately so we know you're on your way. As a starting point, we do not wait for passengers – but once in a while you are lucky: If there is a tailwind on the route, or we can take off and land with shorter taxi time, there may be a few extra minutes to spare.
If you have not shown up no later than 20 minutes before departure, we may call you as a service to hear if you are on your way. We do this in order to update our papers and still ensure that the departure times are met – precision is something we value highly.
