Rebooking
of flight ticket

Whether your meeting was moved or your calendar changed, it is important that your trip still fits. On this page, you can read how to rebook your ticket quickly and easily.

Easy rebooking and cancellation of your flight ticket
Applies to all ticket types. Rebooking and cancellation are done via self-service by clicking into your own account in the top left corner of our website:

  • As an existing customer, select “Log in”.
  • As a multi-ride pass customer, select “Multi-ride pass log in”.

You can also change the ticket by clicking “Search reservation” on our website and entering the booking number and surname. Unfortunately, this option is not available for multi-ride pass customers. Please see the guide here.

  • You must use the same email address and password used when booking the ticket.
  • There, you can log in at any time of day.
    Therefore, it is an advantage for each passenger to have all the information, so you can change the ticket yourself outside normal office hours.
  • If you require assistance with rebooking or cancelling your ticket outside NORDIC Seaplanes’ normal office hours, we will be pleased to help for a fee of DKK 600.
  • What the tickets that can be cancelled have in common is that we do not refund the money; instead, the amount is returned as points to your own Nordic Seaplanes account. These points can be used as payment for a later ticket purchase. The points are valid for 36 months from the time of cancellation.

Standby, Grab-and-Go and Budget

  • Cannot be cancelled or rebooked.
  • Name change not possible.

Good

  • Can be cancelled up to 96 hours before departure – the ticket will be credited as points for future use.
  • May be rebooked no later than 48 hours before departure for a fee of DKK 600.
  • Name change for a fee of DKK 600. However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.

Better

  • Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure – the ticket will be credited as points for future use.
  • May be rebooked no later than 24 hours before departure for a fee of DKK 600.
  • Name change for a fee of DKK 300. However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.

Best

  • Can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before departure – the ticket will be credited as points for future use.
  • Rebooked no later than 12 hours before departure free of charge.
  • Can be rebooked up to 2 hours before departure for a fee of DKK 600. 1) Can only be done by phone
  • Name change free of charge.

Frequent Flyer Card

  • May be cancelled up to 12 hours before departure free of charge.
  • Rebooked no later than 12 hours before departure free of charge.
  • Can be rebooked up to 2 hours before departure for a fee of DKK 600 or 600 points. 1) Can only be done by phone
  • Name change free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.

1) Not possible on the day’s first 2 departures from Aarhus and Copenhagen, and can only be changed to a ticket on the same day. If the ticket on the new departure is more expensive, the difference must be paid. If the ticket is cheaper, the difference is not refunded. However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.

Sightseeing

  • It is possible to change a booking up to 8 days before departure if the ticket was booked online. A fee of DKK 200 per booking reference applies. If there are several passengers on the same booking reference, it still costs only DKK 200. If you wish to change your booking, please send an email to rs@seaplanes.dk.
  • However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.

Flying tastings and special flights

  • Cannot be cancelled or rebooked.
  • Name change is free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.

Round trips

  • Cannot be cancelled or rebooked.
  • Name change is free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that the ticket can be changed from a woman to a man due to weight and balance on a fully booked aircraft.
