Choose a ticket to suit your needs
With check-in only 20 minutes before departure and 45 minutes in the air, the seaplane is a bit of a time machine, transforming a normal transport time of approx. 3 hours into a good hour. Read more about the seaplane as an alternative to train from Aarhus to Copenhagen and the other way around.
Our best tickets cost DKK 2,197 and include a number of benefits, such as the option to cancel up to 12 hours before departure and free name changes up to departure.
If you cancel a ticket: Common to the tickets that can be cancelled is that we do not refund the money if you cancel yourself, but the amount is returned as points to your own account with NORDIC Seaplanes. These points can be used as payment for a later ticket purchase.
If we cancel/call off: Then you will get the money back in the same way as it was paid. If you have paid with points, you will get points back. If you have paid with a credit card, we will return the money to your credit card. Although it rarely happens, we may sometimes be forced to cancel departures due to, for example, weather, technical issues or illness.

Extra baggage
If you need to travel with heavier baggage, you can book it in advance or pay at the gate before departure. Checked baggage must in principle be booked in advance. On full flights, we cannot guarantee that baggage that has not been ordered in advance can be brought along.

Note that it is the total weight that counts, i.e. both hand baggage and a suitcase.
Prams and strollers are free, but space must be booked for them in advance. They must be able to be folded completely. Read more here about prams and strollers.
You book space by sending an email with booking no. to fly@seaplanes.dk. You are also welcome to call before booking to hear if there is space before you book the plane ticket.

The price is the same for adults and children on regular sightseeing tours. On our family sightseeing, children (2-12 years) fly along for DKK 397.
Rebooking:
It is possible to change a booking 8 days before departure if the ticket is booked online. It costs a fee of DKK 200 per booking number. If there are several on the same booking number, it still only costs DKK 200. If you want to change your booking, send an email to rs@seaplanes.dk.
Flying tastings

Round trip

Round trip is our extended sightseeing concept, where you combine two route tickets on the Aarhus – Copenhagen route into one complete experience. The possibility depends on the day's schedule and seats, so you must find two connecting departures that fit together. When that succeeds, there may in some cases be a total discount – for example, you can sometimes find a return at a lower total price (for example, two tickets of DKK 997 each).
