New ticketing system

We have upgraded our ticketing system! ✈️

To give you the best and fastest experience when booking your trip between Aarhus and Copenhagen, we have just switched to a brand new ticketing system.

In connection with the changeover, we have carried out a thorough clean-up of our database, which has grown large over the last 9 years. We have chosen to transfer only the most relevant data to ensure a fast and efficient system for the new season.

Who has been moved over?
We have automatically transferred profiles for customers who have an active balance with us. You have been moved over if you have:

• Punch card: All active clip cards have been transferred.
• Points: If you have earned points, they have of course been moved over.
• Gift card: All valid gift cards can be used in the new system.

Note: If you are among the transferred customers, you will receive a direct message from us by e-mail with information on how to log in for the first time.

Why has my profile not been moved?
If you have not had any money or points outstanding, we have not moved your profile.

In our old system, everyone was automatically created with an account. As much has changed over the last 9 years (new e-mail addresses, job changes, etc.), we have chosen to start fresh with our customer directory. This means that you only need to create a new profile the next time you book a ticket – it only takes a moment!
